Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
I will accept returns within 7 days of purchase for refunds or store credit, less shipping. Purchase price will be refunded when I receive the item back in the condition it was purchased.
Custom orders cannot be returned for cash; however exchange or store credit may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
I am not responsible for errors of the United States Postal Service. I recommend purchasing insurance on your package if you are concerned about delivery.

Just what I was looking for! I ordered them, printed on card stock & cut them up to surprise my family on Valentines Day. Perfect. Thank goodness for digital files. What a lifesaver.
